Victory!!!
This is the conclusion of many cycles of planning and preparation...at last we have struck down that abominable shuttle and exacted our vengance for all your wrongdoing.

My govs build farms using population as a condition instead of food output per farmer, but his makes sense as well - it would adjust for galaxy settings while I usually have to adjust my population conditions based on intuition. Maybe I'll try that next time :p
I would have tried building farms earlier instead of 3 at one go though, like build 1 farm in one condition, build 2 farms in another condition
I also like to add 'if no production' conditions to my gov.. so that I can read the build order from top to bottom (personal preference), e.g.
If no production and Factories < 1
- Build Factory
If no production and Farms < 1
- Build Farm
Same outcome as
If Farms < 1
- Build Farm
If Factories < 1
- Build Factory
Just that the factory action will overwrite the farm action so it has to come last

We hereby pro'claim today, turn 214, as Un'cle Andre'w Day.
It is today that we p'roudly decla'red war on Andrew 100 t'urns ago, and too'k a pla'net with his un'cle on it, then ma'de him a cit'izen of our apos'trophe using culture.
Unfor'tunately, due to some mis'communication, we left uncle on o'ne of our fleets, and he g'ot blown to smi'thireens.
RIP Andrews uncle

Moo2 was great. Nice atmosphere on top of it all, music and gfx.
Micromanagement nightmare though once in midgame.
Cutting planets in half was always nice
Friend taught me to max spying bonuses and pick uncreative. It worked
Just stole all techs.

Wrath was lost in the blamazon shipment i was expecting. I ordered several pounds and now i just have to get by with cheap spray-on-mild-annoyance instead of wrath. Not sure how much it will help me : )

They were mormons who had apparently appropriated their fathers frigate keys, had nothing to do with us. They annoyed our friend-foe recognition systems and strategic command as well.
I hope you're all alright and they didnt convert anyone?!

Well, my people have been converted and dropped their bad habit of using apostrophes randomly in their sentences.. so that's a good thing i'd say
