Absence of citizens loyal to Golfmillian Empire can be explained by massive military brainwashing that took place at singe captured planet right before this investigation.
Military brainwashing (when native population of captured planet turn to 100% loyal, proud citizens of Empire) can't be used to people born as Empire citizens. But it is a matter of time. Massive machine of Empire propaganda works good.

Emperor Skinnyloser responds to Nongolf's claims

The Golfmillian people remain widely uninterested in current military developments.
One citizen is quoted as saying, "I know it will be taken care of". Golfmillian confidence in their military seems to be at an all-time high. Young Golfmillians rush to serve their empire. Excellent pay and short work days seems to be the attraction.
The Golfmillian Defense Ministry announced today, "The time has come for Golfmillians everywhere to embrace their destiny". Since the announcement, recruitment is up another 50%. Golfmillians believe their destiny is galactic domination.
The Golmillian Information Minister announced today, "Whether the Rismagians or Nongolfers, any and all threats will be extiguished. We wish peace, but if peace is not possible, we will lose the least."

Negotians ended today between the Gighasons and Golfmillians. The Golfmillian Foreign Minister today was quoted as say, "In light of recent hostile actions by our Rismagian neighbors, Golfmillia is unable to offer the Gighasons aid. Our people have demanded the homefront be protected above all else. Emperor Skinnyloser does not see the wisdom in a fruitless alliance at this time." Gighasons throughout the galaxy expressed outrage at the announement. "The Golfmillians sit safe on their side of the galaxy. But after they're finished with us, they'll come after you!", cried one Gighason citizen. When asked who 'they' were, the citizen listed every empire bordering Gighasonian space.

Magister Gedrin today expressed suprise at the position of our Gighason neighbors. "Long have we held sacrosanct the border between our two Steller Collectives. To hear that the Gighason leadership considers our peacful Republic to be a threat to their security was both suprising and disappointing. We sincerely hope that in time a more more rational position will be adopted by them based on experience."
In other news the Politzanian Navy reports that nearly all Carlsburg planets have eagerly accepted Politzanian protection. A review board has been set up to consider the petition of remaining planets to be an independant autonomous district for cultural preservation. Magister Gedrin concluded that this was acceptable in principle and shall be pursued on a temporary basis. The status of Carlsberg controlled planets however will come under regular review as time goes on. Politzania continued to assure any galactic beer drinkers partial to Carlsberg products that they will still have access to these brands under new management.

The Kar people, of the two suns declared today a state of neutrality in light of recent galactic hostilities But insisted that any war for taken upon the Gighason's would be frowned upon.
In other news the technological development of the Kar people has taken giant leaps in new years, with some planets able to feed the entire population with just two citizens managing the crops. Automated farms and advancements in technology have resulted in a spirited growth through out the empire.
The Priminister of the small empire stated today:
'The Kar people are peaceful, and provide all our ally's the offer of aid in the form of mercenary's, since we do not field a large fleet we offer mercenary services with our higher class vessels for a small cash sum, under conditions of animity from war, we look forward to future trade relations with the growing powers in the galaxy, we also provide an animity cash price of just 1000 credits every 50 turns to keep your boarders safe from mercenary's on the prowl'
This came with general cheers as Kar buccaneers and traders around the galaxy continue to increase in number.

The Golfmillian Defence Ministry announced what they are calling a 'triumph' of Golfmillian ingenuity. "The 5050 mm Planetary cannon represents the Golfmillian dedication to homespace defence", said a Defense Ministry spokesman. Standing nearly 175 meters in height, the newest generation, land-based, planetary defence platform was unvailed today on the Golfmillian homeworld. "Impressive", said one spectator, "I thought it'd be bigger". Weighing in at nearly 750,000 tons, the Golfmillian defence cannon weighs as much as the Golfmillian treasury.

Today we celebrate the wisdom and forsight of our very own Admiral Moo. While Admiral Moo had been given orders to annex the last of Carlsburg planets it seems there were some technical difficulties with our Inter-Stellar Postmaster [ISP] and the orders were somehow lost. However Admiral Moo, being of a predictable nature, benifited the Republic by returning to standing orders to deal with the Deadline threat. In a suprising move, terrorists from the Deadline province actually went on the offensive and are holding a proud Politzanian world captive. Our Navy is not waiting for demands to be posted nor will we negotiate with them when they do. Our brave men and women in uniform even now stand poised to eradicate these walking Dead from existance.
edit: Being that these Deadline ships travel at a ludicrous speed of between 10-12... the Politzanian Navy advises its citizens that the deterant force will not arrive until after lunch. They had a rough night and need their rest.

Increasing hostilities in The galaxy and reports from informants through out the galaxy lead our people to believe in hostile intent from several large powers in close proximity, and as such, lends a aid offering arm to all small nations that are willing to stand with them should aggression cross even one of their boarders.
The people of Kar call for the republic of Galaxy XP10 to be formed, for mutual defence against aggressive conquerors of the most savage persuasion.
No further information on the identity of such powers have been released into public circulation.
The government of the systems seems to be in a state of grim determination, this has reflected in the fortifications now becoming erect on every world.

Golfmillian Emperor Skinnyloser spoke today after touring a new planetary defence installation in Italia. "Rismagian fleets are once again welcome in Golfmillian Space." The announcement was immedietely a surprise to the media attending. "The time has come that our neigbors are not to be feared... a time for peace." Only one question was answered before the Emperor was whisked away. When asked if the Rismagians had signed an alliance with Golfmillia, the Emperor simply reponded, "No, we've had no contact with them. We just don't need fear them anymore." Rismagian media in attendance were just as stunned as the Golfmillians. Currently no solid explanation has been given by the Golfmillian government as to their change of heart with the Rismagians.

Today is a sad day. Invasion operation at jmorocha2005's space have failed, second time.
jmorocha2005 civilization is known as outlaws of galaxy. We do not know how they became an outlaws, but it allowed us to attack them without consequences.
"We underestimated them", said admiral in charge. "For their size, jmorocha's planetary and ground defence was good. We lost many troops at landing operation. One our ship were shoot down by Light turret, second one was lost at the battle near Metallica sun. I moved my fleet there, trying to regroup before leaving the system."
Battle report showed the presence of Gighason's guard corvettes near battle location at Metallica sun, but they didn't join the battle. Wise decision indeed.

The officials of the republic announced today the joining of the first super power into the folds of the republic.

Close relations are expected to increase. In other news of the republic several other galactic members show interest in the republic and membership, Their identiys have been kept quiet for their own protection for now.
Announcements from the Kar empire -republic member-
Crystall mines have been found on a world in the Kar home systems! As a result in the Defence tec focus this crystal and many other ship grade goods have found no home other than The empires tradeing warehouses.
The empire has a high demand for deuterium usualy filled from its coffers. Anyone interested in trade relations for these excess resources should get in contact with the Kar priminister asap.
Communications disrupted in the remote sector 5/1/2. Lots of fleet movements in sector prior to disruption, but no enemies in sight. Something is wrong, but not sure what. Could there be a spy among us?

This Republic is a sham.
It is an excuse for an otherwise marginal empire to dictate membership and attempt to split the galaxy into two sides and secure protection for themselves. Whats more is this Republic serves only to protect those species who would do well to petetion for annexation into a greater neighbouring empire.
You call this political body a republic and yet are we the members to have no say as to who may join and who may not? Is this republic of yours to accept all commers? Are they to accept even the "superpowers" they proport to combat?
Will this Kar Empire [of the two suns] be commiting an equal portion of naval materiel to any war efforts engaged in. I think not. You overstep your authority sir.

"Sir, membership is apply able for all, but since you bring the subject up to a point i shall now spread the information between each member post haste, the republic has been small for now, so the requirement for centralised Organisation has been needed, but since you now feel uncomfortable all members shall receive full data on all aspects and the Kar empire shall discard its right to vote for the next few situations, we put our future in the republics hands. As for our allowed of the large empire into our fold, A permanent alliance has been made with them, and as such all members are asked again to ally themselfs with each other."
