All,
I created a galaxy to start on Jan 25th. A few differences from the first one I made, here are the highlights:
150 average spacing between systems
2D galaxy, 6 * 6 dimensions keeps it small, and 2.6 systems per player.
6 planets per system = equal number of planets for everyone at start.
except for your home planet, all planets are size 220. Hence, tiny.
planet science, food, and production all range 25-40
200 colony ship multiplier.
500 tech multiplier
premium with 5 free seats
60 minute turns
game ends at turn 500
zero reputation multiplier = Tiny players who just take up space die first
standard corruption
Any feedback is welcome, I need some sponsorship to get this started.

Thanks for the sponsor help GodofWhiskey, just 16 credits remaining. I need 10 credits to pay for holding seats open for 5 non-premium members. Does Erwin still cover that?
There has been some complaining lately from people who feel they are at an immediate disadvantage from not being very strong at early expansion. I agree, and changed it to 9 planets per system with 8 free colony ships. Let's see if that helps make the game a little more competitive.
Any other requests or suggestions, please let me know.

All,
It looks like I'm going to need to retire from this galaxy before it starts. There are a lot of things going on at my work right now, and I can't start getting up at wierd hours for the next several weeks :(
Have fun with it!
