If I'm the only one you contacted then you can probably consider it a full team as HE is confirming with one stipulation...
I haven't found any mention of turn length as of yet. I need a minimum of 2hrs, 3hrs would be better but I realize that might be asking too much...?

Only if you don't plan according to your ability to be online. When you sleep, make troops, mine and grow. Or have the admirals send new ships to neighboring systems.
2 hour turns, on the other hand, just feels tedious and sluggish.
i do not send my colony ships according to when im awake, but i send them as fast as possible. ofcourse i use colonization admirals but they cannot actually colonize as im sure you know.

Oops.. didn't mean the confusion.. but I was kinda referring to Powers as the 4th player..
