I use these planets for producing gold as well, which is why I have so many checks for both empire stocks of resources and how much money I have on hand. It’s probably the most complex I have (though, as mentioned earlier, it’s probably fairly simple in the larger scheme of things).

The Rules

  • Run Governor Fundamentals
  • Run Governor Build Base
  • Run Governor Build Loyalty
  • Run Governor Build Miner
  • If number of Citizens is equal to 100% of Population Limit
    • Set Recruitment Rate to 100%
    • If number of Stationed Military is lower than 8
      • Stop processing rules
    • If currently no production
      • Convert all Citizens to Miners
      • If Empire-Wide Treasury is lower than 30000
        • If Resource-Output of Crystal on this Planet is higher than 0
          • If Empire-Wide Resources of Crystal in Stock is higher than 10000
            • Convert all Citizens to Bankers
        • If Resource-Output of Radioactives on this Planet is higher than 0
          • If Empire-Wide Resources of Radioactives in Stock is higher than 10000
            • Convert all Citizens to Bankers
        • If Resource-Output of Deuterium on this Planet is higher than 0
          • If Empire-Wide Resources of Deuterium in Stock is higher than 10000
            • Convert all Citizens to Bankers
        • If Resource-Output of Metal on this Planet is higher than 0
          • If Empire-Wide Resources of Metal in Stock is higher than 10000

    • Make sure enough Farmers are assigned to sustain its planets population

  • If number of Citizens is lower than 100% of Population Limit
    • If number of Stationed Military is lower than 4
      • Set Recruitment Rate to 20%
    • If number of Citizens is lower than 5
      • Stop processing rules
    • If number of Stationed Military is lower than 8
      • Set Recruitment Rate to 20%
    • If currently no production
      • If number of Citizens is higher than 9
        • While number of Farmers is higher than 50% of Population Count
          • + Convert a Farmer to a Miner
      • Stop processing rules
    • While number of Farmers is higher than 60% of Population Count
      • + Convert a Farmer to a Worker
